1. Return Eligibility Period

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Requests submitted after 30 days will not be accepted.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Condition: Unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Packaging: Must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Items failing inspection may be rejected or partially refunded.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Items returned after 30 days
  • Items not in original, unused condition.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us at info@samcontainers.com within 48 hours of delivery (or as soon as reasonably possible)

  • Free Returns: For confirmed store errors (damaged/incorrect items), Sam Containers will cover the return shipping costs.

5. Return Shipping Cost

For all standard returns (e.g., buyer’s remorse or change of mind):

  • Customer Responsibility: The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
  • Tracking: We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  • Non-Refundable: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

6. Restocking Fee

  • We do not charge restocking fees for any returns.

7. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Inspection Time: We aim to inspect returns within 1–5 business days of arrival.
  • Refund Method: Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. (Credit Card, Debit Card, Apple Pay or Google Pay).
  • Refund Timeframe: It generally takes 7–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.

8. Sale & Discounted Items

  • Regular-priced items are refundable
  • Sale or discounted items are non-refundable, except in cases of damage or error

9. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the same item (subject to availability), please contact us for authorization before sending the item back.

10. How to Start a Return

  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if applicable)

Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.

11. Return Address

Return address will be provided after your return request is approved. Do not send items back without authorization.

12. We Reserve the Right

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
